Accessibility Statement

FANTAGON HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202201006650) is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.

1. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The website is currently partially conformant: most of it meets that standard, but some parts do not yet fully meet it. The limitations we are aware of are listed below.

2. Measures We Take

• Semantic HTML structure, so that headings, lists and tables are announced correctly by screen readers.
• Keyboard access to interactive controls, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked so that they are skipped.
• Form fields with associated labels, and error messages that identify the field concerned.
• Colour contrast checked against the WCAG AA thresholds for body text and interface controls.
• Layouts that reflow on small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged.
• Accessibility considered when new pages are built, rather than retrofitted.

3. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas and are working to improve them:

• The binary placement tree and organisation charts are visual by nature; the same information is available in the team list views, which are fully readable by a screen reader.
• Some data tables scroll horizontally on small screens and may be difficult to navigate with a screen magnifier.
• Exported reports and CSV files are generated for data use and are not tagged for accessibility.
• Pages hosted by third parties, such as the payment gateway, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
• Narrative text generated for the five-element assessment is produced automatically, and its reading level and phrasing are not individually reviewed.

4. Compatibility

The website is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, on desktop and mobile, in combination with the screen reader built into the operating system. It may not work reliably with browsers that are more than two major versions out of date.

5. Assessment

Our assessment is based on internal review during development, including keyboard-only testing and automated accessibility checks. We have not yet commissioned an independent third-party accessibility audit.
