Code of Ethics
Direct selling works only where the person in front of you can be trusted. This Code sets out what FANTAGON HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202201006650) ("Fantagon") holds itself to, and what every registered Fantagon distributor accepts on joining. It sits alongside the Terms of Use, the Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993 and the Consumer Protection Act 1999, and reflects the standards expected of direct selling in Malaysia.
It binds Fantagon as a company, every distributor, and anyone presenting on a distributor's behalf. Breaching it can cost you your distributorship, and where the conduct is unlawful we will refer it onward.
1. What Fantagon Owes You
- We describe the business opportunity using our own figures, not projections, hand-picked success stories or averages that hide the range of outcomes.
- We publish the compensation plan in full, and we publish any change to it before it takes effect.
- Your account shows you every order, every bonus, every wallet movement and every deduction, itemised and dated, so you can check what you were paid and why.
- We never make a rank, a bonus or a promotion conditional on buying stock you do not need.
- We do not authorise sales material, training or advertising that we would not be willing to defend to a regulator.
- We train distributors on what they may and may not say about our products and about earnings — and we treat getting this wrong as a compliance matter, not a style preference.
- We handle your personal data as described in the Privacy Notice, and we do not pass your contact details to your upline.
2. What Every Fantagon Distributor Accepts
- Say who you are, that you represent Fantagon, and why you are making contact — before the presentation starts, not after.
- Describe the product and its price accurately, including anything recurring and the cost of any later upgrade. If a comparison is made, it must be one you could substantiate.
- Tell the buyer when the goods will arrive, and deliver on that.
- Make sure the buyer leaves with a written order that states their cooling-off rights and any warranty. Do not talk anyone out of using those rights.
- Use only product claims that appear in official Fantagon material. A testimonial must be genuine, must belong to the person telling it, and must not be framed as a typical result.
- If someone asks you to stop, stop — end the presentation and do not contact them again.
3. Product Claims
Fantagon products are intended to support a healthy lifestyle. No distributor may claim, in any medium, that a Fantagon product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, nor may a distributor present a personal experience in a way that implies a medical outcome. Claims must be limited to those authorised in official Fantagon materials.
4. Income Claims
No distributor may guarantee an income, promise a specific level of earnings, or present the Fantagon opportunity as a passive or risk-free income. Where earnings are discussed, they must be presented as dependent on individual effort, selling ability and market conditions, and must be accompanied by a clear statement that no income is guaranteed. Showing screenshots of an individual's wallet or bonus statement as evidence of typical earnings is prohibited.
5. Recruiting and Inventory
- Recruitment must be based on the sale of products to end consumers, never on recruitment fees. Fantagon operates no scheme in which reward depends on recruitment alone.
- No distributor may pressure another person to buy inventory beyond what that person can reasonably sell or use, or to upgrade a package in order to qualify for a bonus.
- No distributor may register an account in another person's name without that person's informed authority, or create duplicate or fictitious accounts.
- No distributor may lend, borrow or advance money to fund another person's registration or upgrade.
6. Conduct Between Distributors
- Treat every distributor with fairness, tolerance and respect, regardless of background, and resolve disagreements honestly and directly.
- Do not make negative, disparaging, threatening, misleading or false statements about Fantagon, its products, its management or any other distributor, in person or on any public or private channel.
- Harassment, abuse, intimidation, coercion, threats and violence in any form are prohibited.
- Do not entice or solicit a distributor to leave their existing sponsor or organisation (cross-recruiting), and do not recruit for another direct selling company from within the Fantagon organisation.
- Do not undercut published pricing or supply product across groups in order to circumvent the compensation plan.
7. Marketing Materials and Social Media
Business support materials, advertisements, social media posts and paid advertising referring to Fantagon must be accurate, must not imply that a distributor speaks for the company, and must not use the Fantagon name, marks or product imagery in a way that has not been authorised. Distributors must not register domain names, social accounts or advertising campaigns that could be mistaken for official Fantagon channels.
8. Confidentiality and Personal Data
Genealogy data, downline contact details and organisational reports are confidential and are provided solely for the operation of your Fantagon business. They must not be copied, sold, disclosed, or used to promote any other business or product, and they must be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. This obligation continues after a distributorship ends.
9. Cooling-Off, Returns and Termination
Every consumer has the statutory cooling-off period provided under the Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993. No distributor may discourage a consumer from exercising it, delay passing on a cancellation notice, or make a refund conditional on anything not stated in our published policy. Returns, refunds and the treatment of bonuses already paid on a refunded order are governed by section 8 of the Terms of Use.
10. Complaint Handling
If you have a complaint about a Fantagon product, a distributor's conduct or this Code, contact us at support@fantagon.app with the details, including the member code of anyone involved. We will acknowledge your complaint and make every reasonable effort to resolve it fairly and promptly. Complaints about the conduct of a distributor are investigated by Fantagon and may result in a warning, suspension of bonus payments or termination of the distributorship.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer it to the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN), which regulates direct selling in Malaysia, or to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
11. Reporting a Breach
Distributors and employees may report a suspected breach of this Code to support@fantagon.app. Reports may be made in good faith without fear of retaliation, and retaliating against a person who has made such a report is itself a breach of this Code.
This Code is published in English. If we publish a translation, the English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency.
