Return Policy

All goods purchased from our online store are covered by a 7-day return policy running from the date of the invoice. Returned goods must be in their original condition and unused.

1. How to return an item

1. 1.Notify us at support@fantagon.app within 7 days of the invoice date that you intend to return the goods.
2. 2.We will confirm the return arrangement with you in writing.
3. 3.Send the goods back within 10 working days of our written confirmation.
4. 4.Return postage is borne by the buyer, and the buyer remains responsible for the safety and condition of the goods until they reach us.

2. Restocking fee

Unless the goods are defective or the return is due to our error, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the invoiced price.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned goods. The shipping fee charged on the original order is not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
